Menton itself is a gem with its stunning beaches, delicious food, and friendly locals. Plus, it's incredibly easy to jump on a train and explore nearby towns like Italy, Monaco, or Nice for a day trip. The possibilities for active recreation are endless!
Now, onto the pros. First off, the location of Le Mattoni is excellent. It's right in the heart of Menton, allowing us to easily explore everything on foot. We could stroll to the beach, try out different restaurants, and simply soak up the beauty of this charming town. And let me tell you, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. As cooking enthusiasts, we were delighted to find a well-stocked kitchen that had all the necessary tools and gadgets. It truly felt like a home away from home.
But what really made our stay memorable was Candice, the host of Le Mattoni. She is absolutely fantastic. She welcomed us with a warm smile, was super friendly, and always ready to help. Any questions or requests we had were met with prompt responses, making us feel well taken care of. Merci beaucoup, Candice, for making our stay so incredible!
